Kattracks, they aren't calling anyone a suspect yet. But he is, just as Condit is. They have not ruled him out and they can't rule him out.

It would be a mistake for police or anyone else to put much stock in the polygraph. FOr one, they are junk tests in general. I'd be interested to see the results on questions asked about his two victims...perhaps he "passed" questions there,too. Sexually motivated murderers have weird brains, they are masters of denial, and they are more likely to be true sociopaths. Their ability to lie without making the needle jump is better than the average bears.
