If this passage, from the article, is PC talk for housing project, "at his Bridgeport housing complex ", as I suspect it might. I doubt the "old geezer" has much of an estate to go after.
It's senior-citizen housing. It may or may not be the type of place that takes all your assets before they let you in, I don't know. A paternity suit is the only way to go, the geezer's not going to be around forever. I'd be working on it already.
