Freddie Prinze Jr. claims to be a Republican

Not everyone in Hollywood loves Hillary. During an appearance Monday night on NBC’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno, actor Freddie Prinze Jr. promised “I’m not voting for Hillary Clinton” because “I’m a Republican!”

Prinze’s comments came as fellow guest Bill O’Reilly of the Fox News Channel and Leno raised a potential presidential bid by Senator Clinton.

MRC analyst Patrick Gregory tracked down the exchange which occurred on the May 20 Tonight Show. Prinze was a guest to promote the new Scooby Doo movie in which he stars.

O’Reilly on Senator Clinton: “I think she’s got a constituency among unions, among minorities, and, because that’s who’s going to get the money that she takes from you, and I, and Freddie.”

Freddie Prinze, Jr.: “[unintelligible] take my money, wait a minute!”

O’Reilly: “Freddie, trust me, she’s taking your money.”

Prinze: “I’m not voting for Hillary Clinton!”

O’Reilly: “She’s coming to your house, gonna take your wallet right out of there-”

Prinze: “I’m a Republican!”

For more about Prinze, check the Internet Movie Database’s biography of him: http://us.imdb.com/Name?Prinze+Jr.,+Freddie

Not only have I never seen any of his movies, I’ve never even heard of most of them. I guess all the big stars are with Hillary.

I was surprised to learn that Kelsey Grammer is a Republican.

You know, it's funny that you should mention the Brat Pack. The 80s Brat Pack was a bunch of young Hollywood liberals and look at them now. The biggest crash-and-burners of the pack are Molly Ringwald and Andrew McCarthy.

I don't what movies he has been in but he seems like he would be in those type movies in which a person has to stand in line with a plethora of squealing prepubescent girls. Then again, I don't go to many movies.

I don't think we've heard of them since then in any major roles. Otoh its amazing how SMG leaped from being Erica Kane's daughter in the soaps to being born for the role as The Slayer. Some people are just blessed with good fortune.

I don't think people react very favorably to liberal actors since what comes out of their mouths usually sounds dumb... and is.

Not everyone in Hollywood loves Hillary.

The worst part about this is that it qualifies as news.

Especially when you consider that Hollywood is the most out of touch with reality group of people on Earth. Couple that with the fact that they are always attacking conservatives as being racist when they are constantly taken to task for their own glass ceiling. They like to preach to others about how to live but they sure don't like to live it.

What really qualifies as news is someone going on TV and announcing they're a Republican. Everyone looks at them as though they carried the plague.

I really have to wonder about a lot of people in Hollywood. Who knows what they do when they cast their ballots? It is somewhat like the way they feel about Barbra Streisand; so many people talk about how talented she is but I have read that many in Hollywood cannot stand her.

Most ultra riche liberals like to feel good about the downtrodden as long as it doesn't come from THEIR wallets. No wonder there are so many liberals in Malibu.

Barbara Streisand was a talented singer in her day. That being said I can't stand her politics.

Have you ever noticed that, in all walks of life, seldom to conservatives/Republicans feel the need to make an issue of their views? Liberals always have to be in your face and mouthing off about their liberal views.

We don't have to be on the 24 hour news cycle. We prefer to get things done quietly and with a minimum of fuss. Let the liberals take the credit. They usually do even when they had nothing to do with it.

Yeah, what good did it do for the homeless for Martin Sheen to sleep on a sewer grate? Besides stinking up the place. God forbid that a millionaire actor take home ONE homeless person, give him a house, car, and a million bucks!

Then there is that other millionaire idiot, Sarah Jessica Parker, whining about her relatives needing more government handouts.
