The time of day doesn't fit with this guy either

We have no idea when in the day of May 1, (or even if it was the same day) she would have been killed. She may not have gone directly to park or she may have stayed several hours.

I checked the website and it's no joke

So the question I have is:

Did this guy become a turtle lover AFTER last year's Turtle Day (May 23 2001) and so didn't get a chance to find her body then, or did he just recently move to DC, or was he already a Turtle lover last year and DIDN'T see her body there.

Hmmm... Enquiring mind wants to know!...
