he pulled her off the trail and the two rolled down the hill into a ravine Sorry y'all, this is the guy. Condit is guilty of hiding his meeting with Chandra that day. But this is the fella what got her.

I think we should wait to see if forensics determines this was the primary crime scene or if secondary. She may not have been killed in the park, but put there after the fact. They will be able to determine that in short order.

I wouldn't be so sure about this being the guy. Why didn't he steal her Walkman?

But this is the fella what got her. And it still doesn't account for why: 1) the dogs traced her scent out of her apartment and to the corner--i.e., she got into a car; and 2) where are her keys?

Sorry y'all, this is the guy... this is the fella [that] got her.I wouldn't be so quick to make that conclusion. If the police knew of this guy attacking women in that park, there's no doubt they went through every square inch of that park looking for Chandra Levy. Nothing turned up. That would tell me she was put there sometime later, after her killer knew it had been searched and turned up nothing.
That's speculation, of course, but I think that's a lot more plausible than to hastily decide this other predator must have done it.
