No, this sounds like a very serious suspect. Considering the location and timing of the other attacks, this may be the killer.
Condit's big crime is that he knew where she was. He probably even met her that day. But the despicable ghoul was afraid of the scandal and afraid of suspicion, and so took the craven path of hiding and silence.

Her death occured before these attacks. This guy didn't successfully attack either of these women, much less attempt to kill them.

Some people would rather see Condit charged and convicted for a crime someone else committed than to see the real killer held accountable.
I don't know of the guy did it or not, but it certainly seems there are similarities. I am afraid the length of time the body laid there has removed any possibility of having physical evidence to convict anyone.

I still think it's possible that a stranger killed Levy--although unlikely. However, it doesn't sound like this man. Levy usually didn't go jogging and with her known penchant for privacy and self-protection, it is unlikely that she was jogging this time. Unlikely; however, not impossible.

I agree, but Condit can't be ruled out yet.

He certainly does seem like a likely candidate.
There was a report that Chandra's skull had been crushed, saw that somewhere today. Sounds like what happened to one of the other women who was dragged way off the path and rolled down the ravine, could be something that would have caused serious damage to someone as tiny as Chandra.

HUGE difference.

one of the attacks was a 7pm....the other? Chandra disappeared middle of the day.....hard to beleive a predator would attack her and kill her in broad daylite....of course i've never seen the park....maybe the area is secluded enough with infrequent passerby's....who knows???? IF this guy did it....it's hard to believe that NOBODY in the DC police didn't say HEY!!?? maybe we should check the park......they finally did but only after the media forced them to....
