We want to tell Vantage that their support of the NRA helps to encourage efforts to keep military-style assault weapons on our streets, to fund the country's leading opponent of mandatory trigger locks, as well as to promote programs that allow convicted and violent felons to own guns.

This is B.S. propaganda that would make Goebells proud. Do they really think by protesting and passing anti-gun laws that they'll prevent convicted and violent felons from owning guns? No one can be so dense as to think someone who shows a blatant disregard for the law by, say... murdering someone, is going to have a reverent and exceptional respect for gun laws so as to go unarmed.

Like it or not the best defense is a good offense. If I'm confronted by one of these violent felons, I'd much rather take a shot at him myself than rely on my silver tongue to make him leave without harming me.
