To drive on public roads, you must have a driver's license, with a fee larger than current charge that must be paid every year, tolls, etc. Private roads are of course, up to the owner.

Where does your right to vote come from?
Where does your right to life come from?

Our rights to life, liberty & property are self evident, natural, and inalienable.
Can you agree, roscoe?

Answered above The right to vote is a "natural right?"
How so?

You're nitpicking on voting.
Can you agree with my comment below?
Our rights to life, liberty & property are self evident, natural, and inalienable.

You're nitpicking on voting. Was that a Yes or a No? Is the right to vote a "natural right?"

You're avoiding the real issue and want to nitpick over details before establishing principles. I'll answer on voting after you make your basic position clear.
Can you agree that our rights to life, liberty & property are self evident, natural, and inalienable?

The balance of your post is just repetitive and specious, - a misuse of the term 'non sequitur'. - Droll in itself, & unworthy of further comment. Well, neener neener boo boo to you as well. Evasion and inability to answer a simple question noted.

You made no points to rebut - just whiny invective, personal attack, and craven evasion of my question.

When the state decides that homosexuals have the
right to teach propaganda to children in government school why do you object? Don't you like that
right?
Where does your right come from to decide which religion you want to practice and which god you want to worship? Are they "matters of legal regulation?" Are such determinations "made by the legislative process?" Are they "subject to judicial review?" You would seem to think so since you're the one who made those statements.
How about your right to keep and bear arms? Did that right come from society? Does the Constitution give you that right?
Of course, you have no answers because your philosphy is based on totally subjective criteria (your own imagination). It has no consistency. It follows no logical pattern. You can't define a right. You can't differentiate between rights and non-rights. You can't explain how one goes about determining the limitations of human interaction. You've got nothing but collectivist, group-think BS to sell.

Why are murder and theft wrong, Roscoe?
Are they wrong because the Bible says they're wrong?
If the Bible didn't exist would murder and theft not be wrong? How would you know?
If the society says it's ok to steal would you steal? Would it be wrong if the society said otherwise? How would you know?
To: Alan Chapman
Don't blather. The two questions I asked were very simple.
Where does your right to vote come from?
Where does your right to life come from?

Not suprising. You never do.

When are you going to post that essay you wrote about why the state is better at educating children as opposed to their own parents purchasing the kind of education they want for their children in the free-market?
How about that other essay you wrote about why the state should build and own roads and parks rather than the free-market?
C'mon Roscoe. Tell us about all the benefits of collective ownership and coercively forced financing of government schools.
To: Kevin Curry
...Marx was a libertarian... Oh please Kevin.
The meaning of libertarian, small "l" is one who believes in freewill.
Jesus was a small l libertarian. But he was not a Libertarian (the party) because it did not exist yet. Now are you saying that Marx believed in freewill, or that he belonged to a party that did not yet exist? What does it have to do with the price of tea in china?
To: Alan Chapman
When are you going to post that essay you wrote about why the state is better at educating children as opposed to their own parents purchasing the kind of education they want for their children in the free-market? As soon as you post that essay you wrote about why injecting children with heroin is better than purchasing textbooks.
