I see that at www.alamo-girl.com everyone's Poster Profile information is being posted (what you do for a living, etc) and that everyone's poster profile is on public display. (go to the Profile section of the page)
Unless each poster said "OK" do it, I think that this is pretty tacky. AND questionable. Anyone who "flys" their flag because of this manipulating plea would have done really well in Hitler's Germany as part of the group-think movement.

Alamo-Girl indeed ONLY POSTS occupation info. IF people send it to her or tell her in a thread or private e-mail.No one is forced or automatically put on anything I have ever seen on FR. Do you think alamo-girl is Jeane Dixon to know everyones occupation?
Flying your flag is also not harmful.Everyone is free to put as little or NO information in their profiles.Flying your flag is optional and IMO not breeching privacy.
Why did you not kindly ask someone before posting your conclusion of opinion without facts?
