This sounds like the Model States Health Emergency Act that allows your govenor to declare martial law, take all your stuff including your vehicles, home, money, guns (if they "need" it) and make you take injections - if you refuse it is supposed to be a misdemeanor. This from a govt that no longer sees it's role as serving the people, rather it sees its role as the master of the people. See the discussion on this Police State Law at Alec.org.
