What about the poor whites and owning guns? Should racism/slavery to be blamed all on all whites now? I think discrimination exists today in forms of affirmative action. Minorities probably get more opportunities for college academic/sport scholarships and also jobs. Look at professional sports and tell me jesse jackson and the NAACP wouldn't be screaming if the percentages were reversed?

Yes, and the prohibition of such gun control laws was specifically cited by the drafters of the Fourteenth Amendment as one element of their original intent. Unfortunately, the courts have found excuses to avoid enforcing the requirement that the states respect the RKBA.
