"A Connecticut man who has been jailed since he voluntarily came forward in September to tell the FBI he had spent time with some of the Sept. 11 hijackers was sentenced this morning to the time he already has served followed by immediate deportation."

Our immigration laws are pretty much a maze where it is damn near impossible not to disobey something or other. At least this guy tried to help us. And the thanks he gets is to kick him out.
Which will discourage all other immigrants who might be able to help us against terrorism from volunteering information.
I just wish we could deport those mindless bureaucrats instead of people who want to be Americans and stick their necks out to help us against our enemies.
a)Hundreds of thousands of Islamoid third worlders have invaded the United States through the complicity of the INS b)Islam is not peace Be vigilant.
Even though they are here illegally, they just want to be good America, so we should give them all green cards and let them stay.
A crime is a crime. He will be deported for document fraud, not helping the US.

"Alrababah helped at least 17 people exploit a now-closed loophole that allowed applicants to obtain Virginia driver's licenses without having to use official documents, such as a passport or utility bill, to prove identity and in-state residence."
He broke the law, he gets deported. Period.
By the way, one of the terrorists (Alhazmi) used the fictitous address 3355 ROW ST. FALLS CHURCH, VA 22044 as his phoney address. Row Street is a small residential street in Falls Church, and the only significant building on it (other than residential houses) is the Dar Al-Hijra Islamic Center (a.k.a., mosque), which is where this little weasle met Hanjour and Alhazmi. Coincidence? The other phoney address used by several of the other terrorists is less than one mile right down the street from Dar Al-Hijra Islamic Center. Coincidence again?
As for your surpremely ignorant statement that "Our immigration laws are pretty much a maze where it is damn near impossible not to disobey something or other," you are simply a fool.
My wife is an immigrant.
It is both easy and obligatory for an immigrant to live within the laws of the United States.
Millions of legal, law-abiding immigrants prove that every day of their lives. They're not crawling through sewers, alleys, and Islamic mosques trying to subvert the law, aiding Islamic terrorists, and pining for the death of America.
You, sir, are an appeasing idiot.
I wouldn't know, but I suspect you might be correct.
Muslims are loyal to Muslims, no matter how depraved they may be.
The guy had an arrest record for falsifying INS documents, and he apparently was quite familiar with several non-citizens who subsequently committed the worst instance of mass murder in US history.
Golly, seeing as though the FBI was demonstrating a sudden & keen interest in guys fitting JUST his profile, don't you think self interest had just a teensy weensy bit to do with his 'sticking his neck out' to help America??
Throw the bastard out.
Further, citizenship isnt some door prize to be handed out to appease someone with a sob story that plucks the heartstrings.
Lastly, we ESPECIALLY shouldnt be granting it to people who practice a religion that is completely at odds with the values this country was founded on.
"How many were the populations we utterly destroyed because of their sins, setting up in their place other peoples." (Koran 2:191)
"Not to make friendship with Jews and Christians" (Koran 5:51)
"In order that Allah may separate the pure from the impure, put all the impure ones [all non-Muslims] one on top of another in a heap and cast them into hell. They will have been the ones to have lost." (Koran, 8:37)
islam, the religion of peace
