There'a a big difference between a Law/constitution/Republic and Democracy(anarchy)...

How does the word "free" trouble you. Also, I don't think I understand your statement that democracy is anarchy (or maybe I am misunderstanding). Democracy as mob rule makes sense, but as anarchy, I don't get it.
