What Rumsfeld is up against.

While DOD is trying to get enough money together to fight a war, a Clinton administration leftover is wasting millions.

Apparently, the Defense Information Systems Agency is the prototype for waste, fraud and abuse. An anonymous website put up by some of its employees, or someone close to them, is exposing unbelievable incompetence and corruption. Unqualified people are being put in charge of managing hundreds of millions of dollars. Not only that, looks like some major conflicts of interest going on. Interestingly enough, this same agency tried to award a major contract to Global Crossing, even after GC had declared bankruptcy. Not surprising, since DISA started growing at the expense of other DOD agencies during the early days of the Clinton administration. Check out the http://pub.anonymizer.com/~tell_all website.
