An Afghan drug trafficker was beheaded by use of the sword Monday in the western Saudi province of Mecca, the Saudi interior ministry announced.
Habibullah bin Rahmutallah was found guilty of smuggling heroin into the kingdom that he swallowed upon his arrest, the ministry said in a statement.
The beheading took to 19 the number of executions in Saudi Arabia this year, according to interior ministry statements monitored by AFP.
Riyadh applies a strict form of sharia, or Islamic law, imposing the death penalty for murder, rape, apostasy, armed robbery, drug trafficking and repeated drug use.
In the year 2001, at least 81 people were executed.

Funny, this thread may cause some trouble for some of the Drug Warriors at FR. I guess we can think of them as "Cafeteria Muslims," who pick and choose the kinds of brutishness that fit their desire to control others.

One drawback of their supression of women, the dealers don't seem to be able to use women as mules.

Why doesn't the European Union publicly condemn Saudi Arabia's use of the death penalty?

As brutal as this is, what is worse is that this regime imposes the same penalty for
apostasy.
Until that is changed, they should be absolutely shunned by the international community. As should all other countries (all Muslim, to the best of my knowledge) who have the death penalty for apostasy.

Check your local mosque for such tapes. They are right next to the 'Call for armed Jihad' section, below the 'Osama our hero strikes the great satan' tapes, but above 'how to beat up your woman' section. Buy three and get a nice dish washing towel to put on your head! Also check out the discount prices of 'Khomeini calls for the destruction of the US and Israel' books. Just in: videos of the killing of Christians in Ambon!
Zero recidivism rate bump

Heard they had to bring in the relief executioner; the first guy just couldn't hack it.
To: connectthedots
Hey, you bought the tape? (see post #12 and 13)
To: knighthawk
Well, if OBL ever needs to raise a few million bucks real quick, the "snuff films " market would be a willing buyer..and of course, don't forget to pick up oyur video of a woman being stoned to death after being condemmed by a Sharia court..

Interesting. With head removed, did he cough up the heroin or the kingdom?
To: knighthawk
Mexican drug runners can be very grateful they're next to the US and not Saudi Arabia.
