We're much safer and better off controlling our own domestic food supply than importing foods from Third World nations. How does caribou meat sound to you? We could solve our domestic food supply and our domestic oil supply problems all in one big hunt. No caribou, no reason not to drill in ANWR!!
I thought the evidence was that the pipeline would actually INCREASE the size of the caribou herd.
