The reason, and the only reason that RX and college costs are going thru the roof is simply cause somebody will pay it.RX prices started to explode when unions and others started to include RX`s in insurance plans. Same with higher education,when the Feds came up with Pell grants and college loans, tuition cost sky rocketed. Lesson for today---NOTHING IS FREE--
