Okay, you proved your point, and I retract what I said.
You really think that O'Reilly is going to make it, up against Sean ?

Thanks for retracting.
Yes, I think O'Reilly can do well with people looking for a diversion at the current time. (That includes me.) If you happened to see him talking to students at Harvard, he was excellent. O'Reilly gave them a needed dose of conservatism, as well as common sense. Too bad he can't go up against Rush in NY since, in my opinion, Rush is having a problem with repetition.

Unlike some others, around here, when proven wrong, I admit it. You disabused me of my position; handily. I therefore said so. : - )

Rush , IMHO, lost it , long ago. I to, would much rather that Bill was against him, instead of Sean.

Yes, I saw Bill V Harvard. He was fantastic; the best I have ever seen him. The problem is, and it is a huge problem, that was an exception ; O'Reilly hasn't ever been that good. His radio show is boring . Take the worst of Rush's arrogance and pomposity, mix in a pinch of the old Donahue , and stir in some Jerry Springer ( what was with the stupid advice to the terminally stupid ? ), and that is supposed to be a Conservative ( which O'Reilly isn't much of ) alternative ? No thanks; I'll take Sean.

You do know, don't you, that Bob Grant had much lower ratings than Hannity ; right ? Now, as I have repeatedly said Grant was an institution. Is O'Reily ? Hardy. Only time will tell what will happen. : - )
