A Slovak man who had fallen behind in paying his taxes died after trying to decapitate himself with a homemade guillotine, police said.

You have any idea how long it takes to pile up an extra 500 bucks in Slovakia? Heck, I have a hard enough time doing it in the USA.

Maybe he could have set up a guillotine stand on weekends, and offered to let other people kill themselves for $100 apiece. He'd only need six people to take his offer, how hard would it be to find six people?

He might need more than six "customers" at $100/head (pun intended) -- depending on the business tax rate, local licensing fees, inevitable bribes to various kommissioners, etc. in Slovakia -- no matter how you slice it....
