Bareback Jackson is wrong on this one. MSFT doesn't discriminate against blacks! MSFT discriminates against anyone over AGE 35. If a black is age 45 and applies to MSFT, he might not even get the courtesy of a rejection letter. Black's OK, "old" isn't at MSFT.

MSFT discriminates against anyone over AGE 35. There is only limited truth in this. What Microsoft discriminates against is people who are not evangelical about the company. It's easier to convince youngsters to take the rah-rah stuff more seriously.
I've seen them hire older employees, but only when they were just as fanatical as Microsoft wanted them to be.
