Your comments are worth noting. I agree with you. BTW, in Biblical days, there was no such thing as processed sugar as we know it. And they did not have tooth decay like we do now.

That is about the dumbest post I ever heard. The average life-expectancy was 45 just one hundred years ago. Most people who did make it to fifty had no problems with dental caries BECAUSE THEY HAD NO TEETH LEFT. You really should try to check facts before you type. Stop by Mt. Vernon sometime and check out Washingtons nice dentures. Research history of the western settlement. Most towns had their first dentist before they had their first doctor (not counting the barber).

It seems like for most of humanities existence, we did with very little sugar and probably not much starch, either since bread wasn't invented until the advent of civilization.

The implication is that all that stuff isn't too good for us.
