Ya think fear of their "bretheren" may have something to do with the equvocation?
I'm taking my cue about the comfort level I should feel from that perception...
The enemy within is certainly reason to be aware and armed. The FBI can perhaps slow them down, but they will strike eventually.(when our guard is down)
I expect something within a year or two. We can stop them by watching them. Everywhere they go.........until they go.
