Capt. Evans is Chief Adviser on the Panama Canal to the National Security Center, has led six missions to Panama and authored two books on the Canal swindle, including "Death Knell of the Panama Canal," a study of the Chinese takeover of the Canal. He lives in Norfolk, Va.

In June, a group led by Richard Delgaudio of the National Security Center observed extensive construction, barbed wire fences and Chinese guards at the Panama Ports Company, which is controlled by the Hutchison Whampoa group, which in turn is controlled by the Peoples' Liberation Army of China.

Now he is being persecuted by the long arm of those Panamanian evildoers and may be slapped with a lawsuit that justifies raising (even more) funds for his Crusade...
