All grocery stores claim to sell Prime and choice beef; restaurant quality.
The first Central Market opened in Central Austin, UT campus area back in 1995. 200 different kinds of mustard. People went wild. HEB is based out of Corpus and San Antone. Huge in Austin. Great for paper towels, animal food, toothpaste, etc etc. But lousy fresh foods. If I'm gonna go to a specialty store in the Austin area I go to Whole Foods. Best meat, seafood, produce and the European bakeries can't be beat.
