What would you expect a business owner to do?
If a business owner is honest and strives to hire only U.S. citizens, he'll soon find himself out of business because his competitor is able to undercut him by hiring cheaply paid illegals.
I dunno . . . maybe the problem is the "damn crooked" American public who patronize those businesses.
