This is a lie. You may disagree with the President all you wish, but you are dead wrong to repeat a lie, and you know it...... even if you are very young.
If he's supporting for the "regularization" (amnesty) of people who broke our laws, then, yes, he is supporting law breaking. He signed CFR, is that not law breaking? He signed the Patriot Act, was that not law breaking?
You know the facts about the so-called 'amnesty' of 'illegal' immigration. I read the post to you on this thread. But apparently facts don't get in the way of your feelings, do they?
Any policy that legitimizes illegal invasion is law-breaking. I don't care how much of a spin is put onto it. I don't even care if they had been here for a while, were displaced by 911, or whether they pay a fine, it is still legitimizing the act, and giving them the pass to apply for a green card. Hence, even though they may not be direct citizens, within seven years, they will be. And that, in fact, is a de facto amnesty.
I love this country, have lived more than twice as long as you have, and need to point out that you have revealed your ignorance of what American 'culture' is. One of the best things about America is that it is made up of many different cultures, blended into one. The leftists have tried to keep ethnic groups at odds with each other, but 9/11 crushed those efforts. We are once again e pluribus unum
Ohio, I never said that different cultures haven't blended into one. That is the idea of the melting pot. However, there is a thing call assimilation. That is not occurring as much as it used to. Furthermore, Illegals are not immmigrants. E-Pluribus Unum defines an AMERICAN CULTURE. When you have groups spitting on the U.S. flag, booing the American soccer teams, telling American citizens that they need to go back to Europe, saying that we stole their land, wanting a hand-out, etc., the idea of the melting pot and E Pluribus Unum is lost. I'm not saying that there aren't any immigrants who support assimilation. In fact, a good friend of mine is a Brazilian immigrant, and he's one of the most patriotic immigrants that I've ever seen. He, in fact, is a legal immigrant. He wanted his daughters to learn English, and they did within six months. He has an American flag within his car, and he speaks entirely in English to everyone he comes in contact with, minus his family at times. Most illegals have very little knowledge of English, do not wish to be citizens, and are here to make money. That's it. It has nothing to do with wanting to be an American. They're criminals by definition.
You are the descendent of immigrants, and so am I, in case you don't realize that. I have no idea why you are so jaded at such a young age, but I truly feel sorry for you (and trust me, I would not feel as you do, even if I lived in California. I have friends and family who live there, and do not share your feelings about immigration).
Yes, I am the descendants of immigrants. Where have I said anything bad about immigration, though I do think that it is time for an immigration time-out. Sorry, Illegal ALiens are not immigrants. That is what I do not like, not immigrants.
You are missing out on the joy of living in the greatest country on earth, and celebrating the Presidency of a strong and honorable man. Too bad for you.
I know that I live in the greatest country on earth. I'm trying to stop its slide into the abyss in which it's heading. I've traveled this country, seen its beauty, and I know how wonderful it is. I will not celebrate the presidency of a man who I feel is not doing what is in the best interests of the country and the Constitution. I've got better principles than that.
Why then did you click on this thread???
When you finally are able to coprehend reality, and can keep down the hyperbole, do try again. Until then, just stew in your own misery. : - )

At the very least the FFs were better educated than you are !
If you'd stop posting junk, others would only be able to wonder if you are really as uneducated as you are. Now, we all KNOW it !
I do believe in military might, permanent tax cuts with removal of the death tax, education with no child left behind and accountability, no pork spending, no cloning, no abortions, drilling in ANWR, no litmus test for judges, conservative Supreme Court judges who interpret the constitution and not make law--I do believe that I am a conservative--just not the brand you have labelled yourself."
I write pro republican letters to the editor.
Excellent comments. I also write pro Republican letters to the editor, one a month. We need a Republican Senate, and everyone should be working towards that goal. Instead of bashing Bush, dittoheads should work for Senatorial candidates so that our president can achieve his goals.
I am so turned off to Rush for constantly criticizing Bush, and I predict that Rush will fade into oblivion. These dittoheads that expect CONSERVATIVE PERFECTION from Bush are far from perfect in their own lives.
Perhaps they've changed. One of my schoolmates had to wait 7 years. In 1989, he arrived from the Soviet Union (Russia), and by 1996, he was eligible for citizenry.
As far as Rush Limbaugh of the suburbs, how do you know exactly where I live? My area probably doesn't even look like your interpretation of the suburbs.
No, they have NOT changed the citizenship waiting period, since you've been born. Your annecdotal basis , for your assumption, doesn't make it. The waiting period is begunn from the time an immigrant gets a green card; NOT from the length of time , one sets foot on USA soil. Also, as a child, your friend was NOT legally acceptable for solo citizenship ; it deended upon his parents' lives. You just keep talking about that which you know nothing whatsoever about, and then cry that you're being picked on.
I am a terrible typist, and often miss my typos. Last night, my batteries ( I'm a " webbie " ) were dying, and as usual, this keyboard was adding , doubling, and more letters, until I finally put new batteries in. That's MY problem ; however, I don't make simple grammar mistakes ... not ever. YOU DO ! I wouldn't have poked my finger in your eye, about it, if you hadn't arrogantly nd incorrectly claimed age ( and supposedly intellect ) comparison and oneness with the Fouding Fathers . You just keep setting yourself up to be pulled down. Learn from your own outlandish mistakes. : - )
BTW, this thread, believe it or not, isn't about you ! You haven't been " on topic ", since you dained to grace the thread with your presence. Either do so, or go away. You have become quite a bore , dear.
also, how far over 70% were the others?
I still can't believe you said you would do a better job as President than President Bush!!!
That has to qualify as the absolutely most delusional, idiotic post I've ever read....and that's saying something! And to think you really believe it! HA!! Somebody near you needs to prick a hole in that oversized, undereducated ego of yours! ROFLOL!!!
And don't post back to me until you either grow up, or learn something. I have a feeling that will be awhile in either case.
don't you mean deigned?
i didn't think you'd mind my pointing out your spelling error since you found it necessary to point out FF's grammar mistake (although i think "younger than me" and "younger than i" are both acceptable usages). [feel free to correct me if i am wrong about that]
