I used to be a Navy doctor. When the men came back from sea duty all hell would break lose on base due to:

1. Men who had been screwing around while abroad.

2. Women who had been screwing around while their men were abroad.

3. Lots of fresh VD cases due to numbers 1 and 2 above,
