What a great response: It is too bad that racial profiling takes place to meet racial/ethic quotas, rather than hiring solely on merit.
What an incredible way to look at affirmative action the pc actions, they are just racial profiling to fill jobs to meet the racial quotas that inspired the racial profiling.
