Having worked there at one time,I can attest to the "liberal racism" part. But don't believe for one minute that being a conservative in Hollywood won't affect most actors ability to be hired. Freeman has attained a level of success which may obviate the "hiring" problem, but one can never be sure. It is noteworthy that the most flagrant abusers of conservative actors are women in power, or female- owned production companies.
