Is Mr. Shakedown finally going to get what he deserves?

Either that, or this author will instantly be labeled by Je$$e and Sharp(Dull)ton as a bigot, and the ignorant liberal masses will fall lock-in-step. Only time will tell.

He has much more to answer for. See:
18 USC 953.

Please, God ; forget that one about winning the lottery, and give me this instead. Please, oh please!
(And that's with a guilty conviction too, OK?)

I think they may pretend to call him to justice, then they will let him walk, it's the perception that counts. Oh my, I am cynical and jaded.
To: kaylar
Bump to that! You take the indictment; I'll take the conviction. Start now!

A picture of Jesse jackson in hancuffs and an orange prison jump suit is a picture worth a thousand words. Let us hope that this thief finally gets his just deserts.

This sounds like a job for Larry Klayman! Undoubtedly, he will soon be announcing the filing of yet another lawsuit. I'm hoping someone else will beat him to it, though, and perhaps be successful against JJ and the Gang.

We are going to have to wait for the fat lady to sing -- if she ever does.

I haven't read but half of Mr. Timmerman's book, and already I'd vote to indict & convict if I ever got a chance.

Unfortunately - and we all know it - it'll NEVER happen....

Someone is after the NEA for the same thing. It's not made that public, though. Had it been a right wing supporter breaking the laws, the firing squad would already be lined up and waiting.

Timmerman has said that when JJ tried to shake down Anheuser-Busch, that company went all out, investigated, and dug up enough dirt on the race-baiting poverty-pimp to bury him 20 feet deep. All company officials had to do was show JJ that they had the goods on him, and he backed off, so the information never came to light. But it's still there, presumably locked in A. A. Busch III's office safe. Maybe someday it will be revealed.

All I can say is: Don't hold your collective breaths.
Some people were also foaming at the mouth when it was rumored that Hillary was going to be indicted.
Didn't happen.
Some people were certain that Bill Clinton was going to the slammer.
Didn't happen.
We have to remember how this system works...the big crooks don't get nailed unless they all get nailed. And our biggest organized crime family, the Democrat/Republican mob, is still going full steam ahead. No politically ambitious district attorney/U.S. Attorney is going to risk his/her career with trying to nail Jackson. Too slippery...besides, he would meet the same fate as Ron Brown, if he shot off his big mouth. Nobody has the time to cover up one of those again.

Name the prosecutor who will indict Jackson. Jackson is untouchable, sorry to say.

Well, well. I've been ranting about this kind of stuff and nonprofits here for a couple of years. I'd LOVE to see this happen to Jacksons. And to other "nonprofits" that have been abusing the system.
