Report: Delay in transfer of wanted men from Arafat's compound

By Ha'aretz Service and agencies

The transfer of the six wanted men from Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's Ramallah compound to a Jericho prison is being delayed. According to reports, Arafat changed his mind regarding the agreement that had been reached earlier in the day.

...Arafat said Wednesday that he will not release Fuad Shubeiki and Ahmed Saadat, Secretary General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, whom Israel believes to have ordered the assassination, for transfer to the Jericho facility.

Hummm...sounds pretty fluid in Ramallah. I wouldn't be surprised if Arafat backed out of the deal. He seems to get lonely if he's not surrounded by his terrorist pals.

Imagine what it must be like to have to deal with these people every day. It must take a highly motivated Jew to want to move to Israel and subject themselves to neighbors like Arafat. I honestly don't know how they do it.
