Be easy on G'ma. Have you seen what is available in even the most pedestrian stores, for Tiny young girls these days???

It appears Madison Ave. is convinced the Ghosts of Slutmas past, want to relive, or live out the trampy life they wish they had had, through their little girls.

Grandma Might have just bought what was being displayed as hip and trendy in whatever store she was in.....

JC Penney's thought that such fashion was worth promoting when they had an ad with a mother adjusting her daughter's low hip cut jeans. The mother was sliding them down lower. Penney's did pull the ad but it aired for awhile.

That doesn't excuse Gran. She's definitely old enough to know what a hoochie is, and how a certain piece of clothing might make her granddaughter look like one.
