I like Sister Theresa, I really do, but the main difference here is public versus private schools. Private schools can ban blonde hair if they want. Public schools must have in place due process rules and must adhere to them in their enforcement of codes. Unless the codes and due process rules included panty checks at the door, then there is an issue. However, since the article failed to state the rules and codes, neither of us can add facts to the story to suit our purposes.

believe me,i am well aware of the difference between public and private schools and as a lawyer i know all about due process. absent proof this VP lifted skirts i just don't believe it.

and by the way, how DARE you, a day late and a dollar short, haul me back to this thread that i have been trying to avoid like the plague since i have several BRIEFS due, not thongs, BRIEFS!!!

I doubt this is true, and if it is true, then operating a public school should be a felony. That would certainly stop this problem.
