I think you missed the point by a mile, he was basically saying
my daughters were of questionable virtue for wearing a thong,
Warning to anyone, don't ever tell this DAD how to raise his kids,
Because it doesn't take a village, it takes a parent.

but hear we allow in our society to dress the wat they want., Not based on what a few people think they should wear

this is the only part of your post that i was addressing. people can wear what they want, but HS students are not constitutionally entitled to wear what they want to a HS dance.
