Wow, it's amazing how you people can twist and bend that Constitution so that it is unrecognizable. That document is the basis for the greatest government ever formed and it is not "elastic." It is succinct and clear in its wording and intent. If we allow it to become a "living, breathing document" as the Leftists would like us to believe, then it ceases to have any meaning.
