hemingway's ghost and lady lawyer are both lawyers, and agree with you. i agree with you also, but con law is a DISTANT memory for me at this point.

For the record, H's G is not a lawyer because he couldn't stomach life as a law clerk and decided life as a lawyer wouldn't be any better. He is currently a professional writer.
