I am surprised some people still think Geo W. is a conservative, he is not and never was, neither was his dad. There is a very thin line between Bush and Liberal demcraps. Yes and some in the GOP is still clueless as to why he has such high approval ratings. So did his friend Don Sundquist. In his second term Sundquist endorsed virtually every DEM idea put before him. Where is Tennessee now? In bad shape it seems. Sundquist managed to split the GOP in half. Half our leglislature are party blind loyal idiots who being good Republicans won't vote against him no matter what. The other half the GOP conservatives are the ones trying to do right. The Dems are having a field day with it.
