Why do so many blacks have such contempt for rules, even rules that clearly make a lot of sense?

I also wonder why they have such contempt for rules. Today is the 10th anniversary of Rodney King as noted on the media outlets.

To me it marks yet another incident of the black community destroying public and private property with no consequence.

I strongly support legal action taken against the NAACP - the organization that represents the black community - the next time civil unrest in a black community destroys public and private property. If they are going to represent that community exclusively, let them bear responsibility for their actions as well.

College students in MD recently destroyed property. The state went after the college that the students attend. High time the organizations that breed this misbehavior are held accountable for the actions that they laud by these miscreants.

Au contraire'

I would say that the majority of black America is much more conservative and abiding of the laws and rules governing life here than the media would have you believe. I certainly can say that I have run across more who feel the way that I do about many things than would the Jesse Jacksons of the world.

The problem, as I have observed for a number of years, is that the McKinneys and Sharptons of the world have a vocal minority who intimidate the bulk of middle-class black America. This is what leaves black conservatives like myself feeling like we are alone in a wilderness of liberals.
