It is vexing to be attacked personally, be this woman is PROUD and she is an American first and Black second! She has been ranked, oreo-ed, You be Sellin out, for 10 years... And she demonstrated that if you want to talk ebonics to her, she can reply in kind and I mean SHE REPRESENTIN' Her impromptu speech is succint, well supported, self effacing and MACHINE GUN FAST...she even mentioned people coming up to her and saying,"Are you SURE you've never lived in NEW YORK?"

Think about it...A Black woman who helped WRITE Welfare Reform!!! She is FEARLESS.

I'm not at all offended by your hypothesizing I'm female based on my handle...Its what I get for having something I just HAD to say on FR and blanking out on coming up with a name for myself. In my bleary, sleep deprived condition, I couldn't think of anything to call myself that would be location specific...I came up with a homonym for "Sleepless in Seattle". The fact that a woman's garment is described as "sleeveless" never entered my tiny grey matter. And to add insult to injury, I MISSPELLED SLEEVELESS!!! Now, every time I look at my moniker, I am humbled...its a good thing!

Great post! I was already a Fox Fan, so I mentioned that in my email and told them to hire her ASAP. I also emailed CURE to tell Star I bought and read her book three years ago (Rush did the preface) and that I'm praying for her and to keep on keepin' on.

BTW Shakespeare spelled it "sleave" (as in "sleep knits up the ravelled sleave of care"), so if it's good enough for the Bard it's good enough for the Freepers.

I watch Greta and frankly usually enjoy the show. Greta is good at what she does. I haven't been turned off by any liberal spin. She seems to keep her views to herself and presents both sides. Her show is more indepth than Hannity & Colmes as it is not mainly a crossfire format. Greta seems to get to the current news investigations faster than O'Reilly or Hannity & Colmes and the format is calmer without so many of the interruptions.

Just wanted to THANK you all for stepping up and swinging away for Star and conservative coverage in the media! I will try and get some feedback from Star in the next week or so on her status, with Fox...no guarantees that she'll reply, but I think we did some good!

At any rate. I can testify that freepers don't wait to be called, they ride to the sound of gunfire...I LIKE IT!!!
