Jackson, in an editorial board meeting at The Chronicle this week, said he would not expect reparations to be paid to individuals but to nonprofit groups,

In other words---to Jesse and his buddies.

Now I understand why Jesse is having illegitimate children. More applications for reparations.

This is asinine!!!!!!!!

Study before 1865? Um... why not care about the LIVING, not the dead from nearly 140 years ago? The ONLY ones punished in the scheme are the insured in higher premiums! And, of course, most insured are white which means... oh I see, nice race-bait scam going here because they wouldn't dare try to do this in any direct political route so they hope to go hide behind some judge and collect the votes on the other side.

And the coup de gras... the "reparations" would go to organizations like Jesse's Shakedown-Coalition *cough* Convenient. *cough*

With a landmark state study on slave-era insurance policies about to be released,

YAWN!! Wake me when this is either 1)laughed out of court or 2)when the taxpayer revolution begins.

"Jackson, in an editorial board meeting at The Chronicle this week, said he would not expect reparations to be paid to individuals but to nonprofit groups, educational programs, arts facilities or other groups that help minorities. "

In other words, "Don't give the money to the 'great unwashed masses,' just give it to me, and I'll give it to who I think is worthy; and certainly not to any who don't do as I say do..."

The Huckster is at it again. He's gotta make sure he gets his piece of the pie - even if it is "pie in the sky."

God, I get mad every time I think of how he is supposed to "represent" me. I never was asked if I wanted or needed representation. I damn well don't, and there's no way on God's green earth that I'd pick a crook like Jackson to do it if I did!

But the issue of reparations to minorities in California -- which has the nation's largest minority population -- poses a potentially thorny problem for Davis in his re-election year.

BEAUTIFUL!

This is precisely what I wanted to see. The RATS cannot effectively use this issue in politics since it will definitely galvanize, not only their Rightist opponents, but it is distasteful to most of the RAT voters as well.

I was certain that the reparation issue would stay in the litigation realm, as opposed to the legislative. But if the Left insists on putting this issue before voters, there will be no doubt that they are going to have their heads handed to them on a platinum platter.

I believe that this will not work, even on Californication's voters. And it will send a message to the rest of the nation that the reparations issue is dead, even when it's argued in court.

But let me be totally honest here. I most certainly have a fear factor that plagues me when I think about this. IF by some strange alignment of the planets and stars Davis is successful in using this issue, I will be forced to spend my last thin dime on cartridges and slugs.

I don't want reparations. This nonsense is disrespectful to my ancestors who were slaves. You cannot put a monetary value on someone's lack of freedom. The only way to pay honor to those who were held in bondage is to ensure FREEDOM for their descendants. And this is not a case of victimologist thinking. Freedom is far too precious to be bought off by filthy lucre. Instead, if my greatX4 grandfather, whatever his name was, is looking on me, I'd take more pleasure thinking that he's looking at me and saying, "Way to go, son."

Also, I'm not talking about the fear of whites only in this issue. Oh, no! This, if successful, will effect everyone, especially those who know for a fact that their ancestors never held a slave, or, those whose ancestors came here after slavery was abolished. My conservatism won't matter one bit then. Only the color of my skin will be the sin.

So, I'm glad that a white RAT finally stepped up on this issue. But now it's the calm before the storm.

Socialist Davis is about as close to Washington D C as he will ever get. 4,000 miles away. He will not be re elected as gov. of Calif.

Read the book Shakedown. Jackson is an uncommonly common criminal. And a serial rapist of American companies.

These cases will go nowhere in court. And they know it. Like the tobacco scam the Clintons pulled with the help of people like Alan Dirt-sho-witch, these "reparations" con-artists need the "large of law numbers". Something in place, like "big tobacco" that has robust cash flow from many people. In this case the plan is to harass insurers into capitulation via lawsuits without merit.

American business cries out for "loser pays" tort reform to the deaf ears of lawyer scum like Davis and his ilk in politics which is a business controlled by lawyers for lawyers.

Insurance companies "buy peace from litigation" every day in America. IE: They settle lawsuits that are clearly without merit. Because it's cheaper than going to court. I hope the insurers in these cases tell the "plantiffs" to go to hell! But in some cases they may not. And why not? Any losses they have will be passed along to consumers.

Just watch, the next step is to demonize American insurance companies over things that were legal may have happened long long ago.

Why don't we give the blacks the State of California as reparations. Then we hold a natiowide pool to see how long it takes for Davis to be thrown into the Pacific with a rope around his neck.
