The state is prosecuting Michael Skakel in the 1975 killing of Martha Moxley, but the defense made it eminently clear Wednesday it wants to put former Skakel family tutor and suspect Kenneth Littleton on trial instead.
The use of polygraph results - which typically are inadmissible as evidence - to connect Littleton with the crime. Defense attorney Mickey Sherman claims polygraphs administered to Littleton in both 1976 and 1992 suggested he was lying in his responses to questions about his actions the night Moxley was killed.
