I fear that the Lavender Mafia is so firmly entrenched in the Church that we cannot expect to see meaningful change in the near future. This week's meetings were just so much window-dressing.

Sadly true. I did read that Bevillaqua has been adamant about removing ALL homosexual priests and homosexual men from the seminaries too. No doubt there are areas that have adhered to the teachings of the Church. The northeast is woefully succumbing to the homosexuals.
