NEA Covered Up Contributions
Rushlimbaugh.com ^ | 4/23/02 | Rush Limbaugh

As longtime listeners to the EIB Network know, Mark "F. Lee" Levin heads the legal department of the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies. Mark is also president of the Landmark Legal Foundation - and they're going after these hypocritical liberal organizations that claim to be non-partisan.

Yes, the Landmark Legal Foundation has taken on the National Education Association. Levin filed a complaint against the NEA for hosting political activities primarily for Democrat candidates and causes, saying, "The NEA obviously doesn't want America's teachers, parents and taxpayers to know how it is using tax exempt membership dues and fees."

This is a bold stroke, folks. These groups are nothing but arms of the Democrat Party - and it's about time someone had the guts to say so.

In my community they are more like the legs, running around kicking business owners to give them more money!

While "Flea" Levin is covering the "N's", he should file suit against the NAALCP for those TV ads they ran on the black man dragged to his death "by Gov. Bush" in Texas because he didn't sign "Hate Crimes" legislation, and the radio ads in Missouri claiming a GOP candidate burnt black churches. The NEA is the tip if the iceburg fer cryin' out loud!

The politics of the NEA suit shape up a lot better. Going against the NAACP will bring the inevitable cries of "racism."

The NEA is defenseless, however: the schools are acknowledged to be a mess, and the NEA has obviously been more concerned about Democrat national politics than local teachers or local kids. It represents the worst sort of union abuse.

It's a nice poke in the snoot for the dems, and also serves notice to the AFL-CIO soft money people.

Good choice.

Respectfully, NO! The NEA is the iceberg. If Levin never did anything else in his life, I would like him to destroy the NEA. Where do you think all these left wing brainwashed a$$holes got their "edumication" from??
