I'm not sure. Their religion is based on unthinking unquestioning submission to an all powerful god, and the black kaba moon-god rock is the physical manifestation of tha god on earth.

If the infidels can turn allah's moon god rock into a mile wide glowing crater, the myth of their all powerful allah also goes "poof".
