The real problem is homosexuality. I never thought I would see the day when the Boy Scouts of America showed more morality than the hierachy in the Catholic Church. The Boy Scouts of America saw problems and made a decision. The Catholic hierarchy saw problems and sent the offending criminal to another parish. The leftist elites saw nothing "really wrong" with homosexuality. We may even find that some of these wonderful men may have left the priesthood and adopted several children.
Indeed, and bravo for the Boy Scouts of America!
As to the Catholic hierarchy, they have made grave mistakes and should be held accountable. But, I have not given up on Catholicism any more than I gave up on America when Clinton was elected to a second term.
