There's not really much new in this article, but it does show what the effect of the purported domestic focus is. Those people who realize that the anthrax is almost certainly associated with 9/11 are stuck at the stage of arguing for that (vs. a supposed domestic source). This is basically a diversion.
We should instead be discussing how exactly the anthrax letters fit into the other side's strategy and what the anthrax mailings reveal about who our opponents are and what they are doing.
