Interesting Russia economy story. Seems the Russian plan to grab market share of the oil market is firming up with the budgeting of an oil price at around $16-18 per barrel.

How much oil is in Russia? Do they have room to drill more?

Lower oil prices harm America's oil industry. Keep in mind that when the price is in the $15 or $16 range, American companies stop their drilling and refining. The price needs to be around $22 to $24 per barrel for profitability here in the U.S.
