Segway weighs 60 lbs. The lawyers are drooling already. A 200 lb. man hitting a 100 lb. woman at 15 miles-per-hour could be as serious as being hit by a car at that speed.
This does not belong on the sidewalk. Are all these politicians taking bribes? They should all get hit by one before they vote to allow it.
