Boy ! This should bring some screams from the Left. It's interesting to note, when the USSR began falling apart, the "Progressives" transferred their loyalty to Castro without hesitation.

This seems to me that now is a good time to get rid of Castro and liberate Cuba. Who's going to fight for Castro, once he's dead? One J-Dam will do ya.

In 1941, as a student at a Catholic school run by Spanish Jesuit priests who were sympathizers of fascism at that time, Castro ..........

That part of the article is B.S.

Castro graduated from Belen Jesuit in Havana. Belen was run by the same Jesuits that moved the school to Miami after Castro took over. I graduated from Belen Jesuit in Miami and some of the Spanish Jesuit Fathers at Belen Jesuit, Miami were the same as those who were at Belen Jesuit, Havana when Castro was a student.

Those Jesuit Fathers were definitely against the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War, not because the Jesuits were "Fascists" but because the Republican side was predominantly Communist and physically attacking the Catholic Church. I still remember their stories about Catholic Churches being burnt and Spanish priests and nuns being murdered by the Communists.
