A nation's greatness does not reside in its genes, but rather in its philosophies and ideals.

A people's genes influence their philosophies and ideals. There are recognizable differences in intelligence, temperament, sexual behavior and rates of maturation and fertility among the 3 major racial groups.

Liberia, for example, has a constitution that is an almost word-for-word copy of ours.
